Q: Are your dials original Rolex?
A: The plate (base) of the dial is original, but the diamonds and mother of pearl are custom added on top of the dial.
Q: Are your watches serviced and polished?
A: Yes, all of our watches are fully serviced and polished. They also come with a one year warranty. Extended warranties are available at additional cost.
Q: I feel a little nervous buying a Rolex watch online. Is there any way I can feel more secure?
A: Sure, you can use your credit card or paypal which is the safest and easiest way of paying online. To do so, you may log into www.paypal.com or just use our shopping cart. (Paypal payments are accepted for payments of up to $8,500)
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Limited-Watches will accept returns if the item was found not to be authentic, broken or in non functional condition. First we will try to solve the problem; otherwise a refund will be issued within seven to ten business days.
Q: Is there a discount for dealers?
A: Yes, if you are a dealer and buy more then one piece we have a pricelist that can be faxed or emailed to you.
Q: What is the quality of diamonds you use on your dials?
A: The diamond quality on most bezels are SI2 with GH color and Vvs1 for the dials.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is determined by your location, insurance, and method of shipment
Q: Does your watches come with box and papers?
A: All watches come complete with box sets, and booklets, some will come with papers if noted in the listing.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept paypal, all major credit cards, money orders, cashier checks, bank to bank wire transfer, and western union.
Q: Do you buy used Rolex watches?
A: Sure, Limited-Watches Inc. is a strong buyer on all Rolex watches as well as other Swiss brand name watches. We offer a very comptetive price for your watch.
Q: What if I buy a dial and want to change its color or shade?
A: Limited-Watches give its customers the ability to change any dial which was bought from us. Each dial must be in the same condition as sold and a nominal fee of $100 will be applied.

color I wanted too. Thank you very much for doing such a good job on
the dial and the service.
I think you forgot to send me the black MOP I had in the watch back, I
had included a silver original dial that I wanted to use as the trade
in. I didn't know if the other dial was inside the packaging somewhere
so I didn't throw it away yet. Let me know..
I am probably going to buy the white mop with onyx for my GMT, I will
let you know soon. I wanted to wear it stock for a little while.
