About us:
Limited-Watches was created in 2001 by Jonathan and Omer Zach. We are extremely
passionate about watches and customer service. Our main goal is to provide clients
with excellent watches, Rolex diamond dials, bezels, bracelets, and services.
We have received 100% positive feedback on ebay, and have maintained power seller
status since 2002.

Warranty
Limited Watches is not an official Rolex dealer and does not
provide any manufacturer warranty. All items which
are marked
"custom made" will not be accepted for service by Rolex
USA.
All previously owned watches are guaranteed agianst any defects
for a full year. Unworn watches are guaranteed for two years.
Every watch comes with an inner and outer box, informative booklets,
an owner's manual, and tags. Not every previously owned watch
comes with papers.
All Unworn watches come complete with box & papers. Unworn watches are always unworn and sealed in the original packaging.
The paper-work on Unworn watches are filled out with the previous
owner name and date of purchase.

We accept: all major credit cards (Up to $10,000), money
orders, cashier's checks, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, and
payment via Paypal (Up to $10,000)(you may go online to www.paypal.com)
Please note we will not accept direct deposits or personal
checks.
All items are prepared for shipping within two to three
business days.
We ship as follows:
Express USPS mail to P.O. Box.
FedEx Next & Second Day. (Your choice)
UPS Express Next & Second Day (Your Choice)
All shipments done by Limited-Watches are insured by Jewel
Systems of San Diego. The cost of shipping within the United States
is determined by your location, and the method of shipment requested.
The cost of shipping outside of the United States is based on weight
and zip code. Delivery of international UPS may take 3-5 business
days. Limited-Watches is not responsible for taxes and duties imposed
by different countries.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that all payments must be made in US dollars. For
international buyers please inquire if we ship to your location!
We now accept Paypal from international buyers, so international
buyers can pay by a Bank-To-Bank-Wire-Transfer or by Paypal.
We don't accept any personal checks.
Return policy:
All of our items are authentic and in perfect
working condition. As members of the Inernational watch
& Jewelry Guild and The National Watch &
Clock Association we only offer authentic watches.
We provide our customers with a seven days inspection period, to verify and
confirm the authenticity of the watch, the condition, and working order.
Should the customer decide to return his preowned watch for any reason other
than the one above, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
All sales on Unworn watches are final.
If you choose to pay with paypal we will only ship to the address
paypal requires us to send it to. Refunds will be issued within
7 to 10 business days.
Custom Diamonds Set on Rolex Watches:
Limited-Watches Inc is a leader in adding diamonds to watches when
requested by the customer. If you see a statement which says "Diamonds
are Custom Added", it simply means that the diamonds
were added by Limited-Watches Inc. and not by Rolex.
